To secure your Christmas party booking, we’ll require a deposit payment. Deposits for festive bookings are fully refundable up to 14 days before your booking date.

For Christmas Day bookings, a 50% deposit is required when making your reservation, along with your menu choices by 1st December. The remaining balance must be paid by 1st December, with Christmas Day payments fully refundable up to this date.

If you would prefer to pay by BACS, payment must be received no later than 10 working days before your booking date.

Please note that we are unable to accept payment by cheque.

Yes, we’ll ask for menu choices in advance to help everything run smoothly on the day. For festive bookings, please submit your pre-order via our online ordering system at least 14 days before your booking date.

For Christmas Day dining, all menu choices must be submitted by 1st December.

Please let us know about any dietary requirements or allergies when submitting your choices, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.

Any amendments to menu choices must be made no later than 14 days before your booking date, or by 1st December for Christmas Day bookings. If you require menus without calorie information, please speak to a member of our team.

Yes, we have a car park available for guests. While we offer plenty of parking spaces, they are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so we’re unable to guarantee a space for your booking.

We recommend allowing a little extra time to park, particularly during the festive season when we tend to be at our busiest.

We know Christmas is best spent with the whole family. Well-behaved dogs are welcome in selected areas of the pub, however please note that dogs are not permitted in the Conservatory. If you’re planning to bring your four-legged friend, please let us know when making your booking.
